You will leave from the Oxbow Marina in Northampton, MA. We can go
upriver past Sunset Beach to Mitch's Island, see the remaining log cribs
from the logging days, on to Rainbow Beach, under the route 9 bridge
and Norwottuck Rail Trail bridge, along Elwell Island and into the
Shallows by the old Hatfield Ferry.
We can also go south over the Indian Dam, past Smith's Ferry, pass
through the rock ledges at the dinosaur tracks, see the remains of the
first navigational canal in the US, find submerged log cribs and then turn
around at the Holyoke Dam.
I can take up to 2 passengers. Price is $25 for the first hour and $15
each additional hour. For more information or to arrange a trip that will
